Returns

We offer a 30 day, money-back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all manuals and must be in new condition. SOINNOVA reserves the right to apply a $20 restocking fee in the event any product is not returned in its original packaging or is damaged.

All shipping costs for refunds are prepaid by the customer. Refunds for shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of defective product.
